Ask
pay consistent attention on your eating behaviour four days a week
that means:
eat at these days at least two portions of fruit
and two portions of vegetable; cooked, grilled or raw
dring a lot! 2 - 3 liters of water, green tea or tisane
pay attention at protein (about 1g per kg bodyweight)
don’t drink alcohol at these days
focus on dietary fiber (wholemeal bread, flaxseed etc.) they fill and obstruct the fat storage.
eat spicy (chilli, ginger and pepper etc.) they activate your metabolism
caffeine promotes the reduction from fat to free fatty acid. about two cups of espresso will help the dieting
(optional: try to eat a lot of fish like tuna, salmon and herring. they include healthy unsalturated fatty acid)
