pay consistent attention on your eating behaviour four days a week

that means:

  • eat at these days at least two portions of fruit
  • and two portions of vegetable; cooked, grilled or raw
  • dring a lot! 2 - 3 liters of water, green tea or tisane
  • pay attention at protein (about 1g per kg bodyweight)
  • don’t drink alcohol at these days
  • focus on dietary fiber (wholemeal bread, flaxseed etc.) they fill and obstruct the fat storage.
  • eat spicy (chilli, ginger and pepper etc.) they activate your metabolism
  • caffeine promotes the reduction from fat to free fatty acid. about two cups of espresso will help the dieting
  • (optional: try to eat a lot of fish like tuna, salmon and herring. they include healthy unsalturated fatty acid)
